The apprenticeship is suitable for anyone that is responsible for managing projects in any sector and are designed to delivery efficiency, effectiveness and lean processes.
Our Improvement Technician Level 3 apprenticeship programme focusses on delivering and coaching for improvements. This apprenticeship develops skills across communication, efficiencies of processes and operations and supporting improvement across a department, project or business
Improvement Practitioner Level 4 apprenticeship programme looks at the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes. Improvement practitioners can be found across many sectors and functions.
These apprenticeships are ideal for people who support in larger projects or lead on smaller projects. They focus on developing problem solving, analysis and implementation and communication.
Our Associate Project Manager Level 4, Improvement Technician Level 3 and Improvement Practitioner Level 4 programme can be delivered as live – virtual sessions, face to face or a combination of the two.
